Fast response · Secure first, glaze after
Break-in, accidental damage or a football through a window — we make the building secure first and sort the glass properly afterwards.

When a window goes through, you have two problems and they have different timescales. The building is insecure and possibly dangerous right now. The glass needs replacing correctly — with the right specification and often a made-to-order unit — which takes days.
Trying to solve both at once is how people end up waiting, unsecured, for a pane that was never going to be in stock. We separate them: board and secure immediately, clear the broken glass properly, then measure and order the correct replacement unit.
Clearing up matters more than it sounds. Broken glass in a school corridor, a nursery, or a shop floor is a genuine injury risk, and half-swept glass under a radiator will be found by someone the following week.
Where the pane is in a fire door, a door leaf or an escape route, the replacement has to match the original specification — fire-rated, laminated or toughened as required. Putting ordinary float glass into a fire door vision panel makes the door non-compliant even though it looks fixed.
Ring the mobile rather than emailing. Tell us what has happened and how much of the building is affected.
Boarded, made safe and the broken glass cleared, so the building can be used or locked up.
Correct specification identified and the replacement unit ordered.
Permanent glazing fitted, boarding removed, and a report for your insurance claim if you need one.
Most break-in and accidental damage work goes through an insurer. We photograph the damage before we touch anything, itemise what was done to secure the building separately from the permanent repair, and provide a written report.
That separation matters, because the emergency attendance and the permanent glazing are often treated differently on a claim. Getting it documented on the day is far easier than reconstructing it three weeks later.

For genuine emergencies we get there as fast as we can, and we'll tell you honestly on the phone what that looks like rather than promising an hour and arriving at five.
Contract maintenance clients on the Gold package get priority emergency response as part of the agreement.
Our stated hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. Emergency call-out outside those hours is available for existing maintenance clients — worth setting up before you need it rather than after.
Yes. Plenty of clients have their own glazier or an insurer-appointed one. We'll secure the building, clear the glass and hand it over.
Then it needs replacing with correctly specified fire-rated glazing and the right beading — not ordinary glass. We'll board it, identify the correct specification and replace it properly. Anything else leaves you with a non-compliant fire door.
Yes. Photographs of the damage, an itemised breakdown of the emergency works and the permanent repair, and a written report.
