Domestic & commercial
Units, worktops, splashbacks, electrics, plumbing and tiling — supplied and fitted by one team, so the job finishes when we said it would.

Buy a kitchen from a showroom and you've bought boxes. What turns boxes into a working kitchen is a joiner, an electrician, a plumber and a tiler arriving in the right order — and that part is usually left to you.
It's where kitchen projects go wrong. The units land before the plastering is dry. The worktop template can't be taken because the sink hasn't been chosen. The electrician needs two more sockets moved and nobody costed for it.
We do the lot: rip-out, first fix, units, worktops, splashbacks, appliances, tiling and making good. One quote, one programme, one person to ring when you want to know where it's up to.
We'll also tell you when a plan won't work. If the island you've been sold leaves 700mm of walkway, or the run of units means the dishwasher door hits the oven, better you hear it at the quote stage than the week it's installed.
We measure up, talk through how you actually use the room, and flag anything in the layout that will annoy you later.
Itemised by element so you can see exactly where the budget sits and move it around if you want to.
Rip-out, first fix, units, worktops, tiling and making good — sequenced so nothing sits waiting on something else.
Appliances tested, silicone in, everything cleaned down, and the old kitchen taken away.
Plenty of clients have already chosen a kitchen from a showroom or an online supplier and just need it fitting properly. That's fine — we'll fit a kitchen you've bought and price the labour and building works separately.
If you'd rather we supplied it, we will. Either way the quote separates supply from labour so you can see what you're paying for, and we won't pretend a units package is worth more than it is.
Homeowners and landlords across Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford and Leeds. We also fit staff kitchens and small commercial kitchenettes in offices, schools and community buildings, worked around opening hours.
Typically one to two weeks for a straightforward replacement, longer if walls are moving or the room is being reconfigured. Solid surface and stone worktops add a gap because they're templated after the units are in and then manufactured off site.
We'll give you the realistic figure at quote stage, including the worktop wait, so you can plan how you're going to eat.
Yes. Relocating services is normal on a kitchen refit and we carry the electrical and plumbing in-house. It's costed on the quote rather than appearing as an extra halfway through.
Yes, regularly. Bring us the plan and the delivery date and we'll price the fit and any building works around it.
Stripped out, loaded and taken away as part of the job. If any of it is worth re-using and you want to keep it, tell us before we start and we'll take it out carefully.
Yes. Any notifiable electrical work is certified and the paperwork comes to you at handover, along with appliance documentation.
